Robert L. Ferguson, Jr. has extensive experience in resolving a variety of disputes related to condominium design, development, construction, insurance coverage and warranty issues. The projects and the litigation, often involving more than ten parties, have been located throughout the state, from Ocean City to Havre de Grace to Rockville and to Baltimore. Over the last fifteen years, our clients have included design professionals, contractors, insurers and warranty companies. Issues have included wall, window and roof water penetration; insurance coverage under commercial general liability policies; subsurface soil conditions and analysis; design and construction of fire walls, concrete foundation systems, fire protection systems, exterior building coatings, stairs and walkways and insulation systems; and warranty claims for common elements and private area defects.
