We represent owners of commercial real estate in the purchase, sale, leasing, and development of their property.  We work closely with owners and financing institutions to help secure project financing and provide guidance through the lending process.  We assist buyers and sellers in 1031 Exchanges; and regularly work with a Sponsor in the syndication of commercial property to tenant-in-common owners.
