Ferguson, Schetelich & Ballew has established a Tenant-in-Common Workout Group, to represent tenant-in-common ownership groups affected by sponsor bankruptcy or foreclosures. Thomas Schetelich heads the Workout Group, supported by Michael Hourigan on property management issues, and Jocelyn Syzmanowski on taxation and banking issues.
