The firm serves as legal counsel to companies who contract with the United States Government for goods, services, and software design.  Our work includes interpretation of the Federal Acquisition Regulations, protection of proprietary information or intellectual property, the preparation of contract document for both general contractors and subcontractors, and general contract management.
