Mr. Seeberger began practicing law in 1989, after serving a two-year clerkship in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. Mr. Seeberger possesses a diverse range of experience in the area of general civil litigation. Mr. Seeberger's areas of practice have included insurance defense, plaintiff personal injury, life insurance coverage disputes, Will contests, construction law, family law, business and commercial litigation, administrative law, contract disputes and appellate practice.
Mr. Seeberger has extensive court room and trial experience in the various state and federal courts of Maryland and in the
District of Columbia, and has argued a number of cases before the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland. He also has extensive experience in administrative hearings, arbitrations and mediations. From time to time, Mr. Seeberger is appointed by the United States Bankruptcy Court as Special Litigation Counsel.
Mr. Seeberger is an adjunct professor at
Towson
University where he teaches Sports Law. He is also very active in his Church and
Parish
School where he serves on various committees and organizations. Mr. Seeberger has published a variety of legal articles for local community newspapers, the Daily Record, and he is also published in the University of Baltimore Law Review.
