Ms. Stafford began practicing law in 2006. She received her Bachelors of Arts degree in English from Florida Atlantic University in 2002. Ms. Stafford then attended Washington and Lee University School of Law in Lexington, Virginia. Upon her graduation from law school in 2005, Ms. Stafford served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable J. Frederick Price in the Circuit Court for Kent County.

Ms. Stafford has a general practice, with a concentration in church and domestic law.
