Case Summary -- Hall v. Bremner and Hopkins

The Firm represented the driver of an 18-wheel tractor-trailer involved in a multi-vehicle accident. Plaintiff claimed knee injuries which required surgery. He claimed medical expenses in excess of $22,000 and lost wages in excess of $55,000. There was a loss of future earning capacity claim amounting to over $360,000. The medical injuries were contested by the defense as not being related to the accident. The jury returned a defense verdict for our client, the tractor-trailer driver, and awarded only $2,500 in damages to Plaintiff against the remaining Defendant.
