Robert L. Ferguson, Jr. and M. Brooke Murdock defended this wrongful death action in the Circuit Court for Harford County. The accident involved a collision between a road construction truck and a motorcycle in which it was alleged by the estate of the deceased motorcyclist that the road construction truck operated by Mr. Grammar and owned by ABC Construction Company had a number of defects in its lighting system and made a left turn without giving a proper signal, causing a collision between the motorcycle and the road construction truck. The jury returned a verdict in favor of the Defendants.
