Ms. McLauchlin began practicing law in 1997. She graduated from the College of Notre Dame of Maryland, in Baltimore in 1991(cum laude) with a B.A. in Political Science. Ms. McLauchlin attended the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University in Carlisle, Pennsylvania where she concentrated in labor and employment law. While pursing her studies, Ms. McLauchlin served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable George E. Hoffer in the Court of Common Pleas of Pennsylvania and was an associate editor of the Dickinson Law Review. In 1996, Ms. McLauchlin graduated from law school magna cum laude and served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Albert J. Matricciani in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City.
Ms. McLauchlin’s practice focuses primarily in the labor and employment field and includes work related to traditional labor issues, Title VII, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, ERISA and restrictive covenant issues.
