Collective Bargaining Negotiation and Administration

We have an established history of successful results in collective bargaining negotiations.  We work closely with employers to aggressively but fairly structure the proposals and the ultimate contract with the union. We also work with employers defending unfair labor practice charges before the NLRB.

Employment Claims and Litigation

We represent employers in all claims that arise from the employment relationship.  We have litigated and won cases arising from claims of workplace discrimination, wage and hour disputes, restrictive covenant claims, and workplace torts.  We represent employers before government agencies including the EEOC, the Department of Labor, the NLRB, and State agencies.
